Resources for Veteran Directed Care Participants & Employees

Should you have any questions or need one-on-one assistance, please contact the Bay Aging Veteran Directed Care Customer Service Team at 804-286-9543, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (excluding federal holidays) or by email at: vdccustomerservice@bayaging.org

Submitting Timesheets

Timesheets are due every two weeks, on Mondays. You do not have to use FMS One as a clock-in/clock-out system. As long as the Employer and Employee are keeping track of personal care hours elsewhere, you may log into FMS One to complete your timesheet at the end of every pay period.

Please keep in mind, timesheets should be created by one person, either the Employer or the Employee, but need to be approved by BOTH parties in order to be submitted properly.

The E-Timesheet Training Manual provides step-by-step instructions for navigating FMS One and creating a timesheet. It includes screenshots of the program and helpful red arrows to guide you through the process. Click the button below to access the E-Timesheets Training Manual.
