Bay Aging is proud to announce the success of its annual Santa Program, a cherished tradition that delivers comfort and joy to older adults most in need during the holiday season. Thanks to the generosity of community partners and individual donors, this year’s program provided holiday gifts to 75 older adults across the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck.
The donations include word puzzles and activity books, cozy cold-weather essentials like blankets and hand-knit scarves, as well as personal care items and household supplies – thoughtfully chosen to meet the most-requested needs of older adults.
“The Santa Program is one of our most cherished traditions,” said Kathy Vesley, Bay Aging President & CEO. “Thanks to the generosity of community partners and individuals, we can bring comfort and joy to older adults who might otherwise go without during the holiday season.” Bay Aging extends heartfelt thanks to the community for their continued commitment to making a difference in the lives of older adults.
