Are you an unpaid caregiver for a friend or family member? Bay Aging invites you to join our free virtual caregiver support groups. Each month we hold meetings on the 1st Monday at 4:30 pm and 4th Thursday at 6 pm. (in November, we will meet on the 5th Thursday, Nov. 30, due to Thanksgiving). You can participate by computer or telephone. If you have not attended before, give us a call at 800-493-0238 to sign up and get the Zoom link and toll-free call-in number (please call for info at least two hours in advance of the meeting you want to attend). We also offer individual counseling, free of charge, and we host an in-person support group in Irvington – call for more information and to join our caregiver email list.
