You may be eligible if:

  • You have experienced a loss of income due to COVID-19
  • Your total household income is at or below 80% Area Median Income
  • You have a lease or mortgage statement in your name
  • Your monthly home payment is reasonable for the location (at or below 150% Fair Market Rent )

Services are prioritized to households that have received a written five day pay or quit, court summons, writ of eviction, or notice of foreclosure.
